SpecialQuest staff and consultants have worked with over 500 Early Head Start/Migrant and Seasonal Head Start programs and their partners to include infants and toddlers with disabilities, and their families, in their communities. In addition to maintaining contact with these programs, SpecialQuest Birth-Five is now working with 10 states to develop cross-sector, statewide professional development to support inclusion. Our focus has expanded to also address the unique aspects of including preschool-age children who have disabilities.
